These terms apply when you create or publish works on HOOP — music you upload, music you compose with HOOP's AI tools, and games you build with the AI game builder (together, “Creator Content”). They supplement the Terms of Use; for published games, the Developer Agreement also applies. By generating, uploading, or publishing Creator Content you accept these terms.
When you upload audio, you declare that you own the rights or are authorised to distribute it. Do not upload commercial recordings, covers using unlicensed compositions, or anything you don't have rights to. Uploaded works are reviewed before they become publicly available. False rights declarations lead to removal and may end your creator access.
Publishing makes your work visible beyond yourself (to your circle, channel subscribers, or the public, depending on the surface). Music and other media: you grant HOOP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, display and promote the published work within the Service for as long as it stays published; unpublishing or deleting ends this license, except for cached copies in the process of deletion and records we must keep by law.
Games built on HOOP: a game you create with HOOP's tools and publish on the platform is governed by the Developer Agreement — you keep ownership, and HOOP receives the exclusive, perpetual operating license described in its section 2, together with the revenue share in its section 6. Games are reviewed by us before they appear on the platform.
We may remove or age-restrict content that violates our policies.
Listeners may tip your published music with HOOP's virtual currency. You receive 50% of net tip value, credited to your creator ledger and withdrawable under the same payout rules as the Developer Agreement (section 6), including identity verification, thresholds, taxes, and clawback for manipulated transactions. Tips are voluntary gifts from users, not investments, and virtual-currency amounts have no cash value until validly paid out.
Works reported for infringement are handled under the Copyright & IP Policy: valid notices are acted on within 24–48 hours, you will be notified and may file a counter-notice, and repeat infringers lose creator access.
